Compared with the conventional CWDM module, the CCWDM adopts TFF (thin film filter) and free space technology to transmit optical signals by using an independent sealed space. 

CCWDM, also called compact CWDM and mini CWDM, is a small-sized packaged device with low insertion loss, wide passband, high reliability and stability.
